How soon .... ?

how soon,意為“還要多久”，是表示從某個時間到這個動作開始，或者結(jié)束要發(fā)生多長的時間，通常是用在一般將來時態(tài)的句子里，回答一般都是"in+一段時間“

—How soon can you finish the work? 還要多久你能完成這項工作?

—In half an hour. 半小時后.

How long .... ?

how long意為“多久、多長時間”,主要是對一段時間進行提問, 答語通常是(for)three days/weeks/months等時間段,它可用于各種時態(tài).

How long do you stay in Beijing every year? 每年你在北京住多久?

How long have they lived here? 他們住在這里有多久了?

—How long has Sponge Bob lived in this orange pineapple ?

海綿寶寶在這個橘黃色菠蘿里面生活了多久?

—About two weeks. 約兩周.

how long還可以意為“某個物品多長”,

—How long is the ruler ? 這把尺子多長?

How far ...?

how far意為“多遠的距離，什么樣的程度”,一般用來提問距離是多少，答語通常是it is +距離單位 ，等

How often ...?

how often意為“多久……次、是否經(jīng)常”,用來提問在某一特定的時間進行某個動作的次數(shù),答語通常是always,usually,often,sometimes,once/twice a day/month等.

—How often do you get to school very early? 你多久早到校一次?

—Usually. 通常.

There is+單數(shù)名詞+表示場所的詞(一般為介詞詞組)

在英語中，用來陳述一件事或表示一種看法的句子叫陳述句。這與漢語陳述句的概念一模一樣。

陳述句的五種基本句型

(1) 主語+連系動詞+表語

I am a student. 我在學(xué)生。

They feel happy. 他們感到高興。

(2) 主語+謂語(不及物動詞)

The sun rises in the east. 太陽從東方升起。

The bell has rung. 鈴聲響過了。

(3) 主語+謂語(及物動詞)+賓語

He is doing morning exercises. 他在做早操。

(4) 主語+謂語(及物動詞)+間接賓語+直接賓語

He asked me a question. 他問了我一個問題。

(5) 主語+謂語(及物動詞)+賓語+賓語補足語

She found this question easy. 她發(fā)現(xiàn)這題容易。

We saw him swimming in the river. 我們看見他正在河里游泳。

一般過去時

表示過去發(fā)生的動作或事件，常和表示過去的時間狀語連用，如yesterday, last night, the day before yesterday, 3 days ago...

含有be動詞的句子，將be動詞變?yōu)檫^去式。am, is的過去式為was, are的過去式為were：

I was at the butcher's.

You were a student a year ago.

The teacher was very beautiful ten years ago.

★變疑問句將be動詞移動到句首
