第十二條 乙方全權承擔所屬員工出現(xiàn)的違法違規(guī)和其它糾紛責任，當乙方的設備、人員在園區(qū)發(fā)生損失和事故時，由乙方全權承擔處理及損失責任，一律與甲方無涉。
